The long-running partnership has been strengthened by a new deal between Playtech and SkillOnNet, with the former taking on the role of exclusive bingo provider for the operator’s UK and Mexico businesses. The new deal comes as SkillOnNet has started using the newly upgraded bingo platform by Playtech, which will bring exciting new developments to players.

A major highlight of the change is the UK launch of SkillOnNet’s newest brand, Zingo Bingo, which has now joined the Playtech Bingo network together with well-known SkillOnNet brands such as PlayOjo and PlayUZU. The addition of Zingo Bingo not only increases SkillOnNet’s Bingo footprint but also helps to cement Playtech’s reputation as leading the field when it comes to supporting operators within highly competitive markets.

Boosting Playtech and SkillOnNet

As such, the recently signed partnership extension has strengthened Playtech’s position as a global bingo leader. Playtech has developed its ONE technology platform, which delivers an omnichannel experience to players across online, mobile, and retail environments. Playtech’s bingo platform serves as a unified hub for content and wallet integration, which enables operators to deliver consistently enjoyable gameplay across all devices.

For SkillOnNet, being connected to the Playtech Bingo network brings several advantages, both operational and competitive. The network gives SkillOnNet access to shared liquidity across a huge number of rooms, which results in larger prize pools and more active communities.

SkillOnNet can also make use of Playtech’s extensive suite of engagement tools, which includes enhanced bonus systems, loyalty features, and gamification mechanics designed to increase session times and reward repeat play, all of which will also benefit players. Additionally, Playtech’s dedicated Bingo Network Management team will work directly with SkillOnNet on bespoke initiatives designed to improve retention and increase player activity.

Players will also benefit from Playtech’s vast catalogue of Bingo variants and exclusive branded content, which is one of the largest libraries in the market. Playtech’s network includes unique formats, operator-specific features, and branded rooms tied to major TV franchises and popular entertainment properties. This means that SkillOnNet will be able to offer players an expanded selection of recognisable rooms and speciality variants. In further good news for players, the expanded selection includes Playtech’s portfolio of low-volatility side games and scratchcards, which are specifically designed for bingo players who enjoy frequent, smaller wins alongside the main game.

New Engagement Campaigns

Playtech and SkillOnNet have now begun work on a series of campaigns that are designed to maximise liquidity and improve player engagement. SkillOnNet will be hoping to benefit from Playtech’s enormous market presence, including its role as a bingo supplier to more than 19 leading operators, and its impressive claim to roughly 40% of the UK market, which is the biggest in Europe.

Marat Koss, chief interactive gaming officer at Playtech, said:

“We’re pleased and excited to welcome SkillOnNet to the Playtech Bingo Network. Their decision to migrate their iconic brands like PlayOjo to our new next-gen iBingo platform is a strong validation of our technology and long-term Bingo strategy. We look forward to continuing our close collaboration with the SkillOnNet team as we build on our shared success and drive further growth across key markets.”

Malcolm Farrimond from SkillOnNet added:

“We are delighted to partner with Playtech Bingo as we bring PlayOjo, PlayUZU and our new Zingo Bingo brand to their platform. To mark the launch of the new PlayOjo bingo, we will produce a large-scale ATL and digital marketing campaign, including strategic TV sponsorship deals. The strength of Playtech’s technology, combined with the scale of its Bingo network, makes them the ideal partner to support our growth. We’re confident this collaboration will deliver great value to our players and look forward to building a strong, long-term relationship.”

While it is early days, all signs point towards the new partnership agreement between Playtech and SkillOnNet being extremely good news for the UK’s players.
