An Online Bingo Site Being Marketed by Cashcade Ltd – Read our Grace’s Bingo Review

When you first land on the homepage of Grace’s Bingo there won’t be very much to catch your eye. In fact, we were a little disappointed with the basic looking layout that felt a little out of date to be honest. Nevertheless, we decided to continue with this Grace’s Bingo review as you can’t judge a book by its cover. With its pink backdrop and heart-shaped bingo balls, it’s obviously a site that is aimed at the ladies. And it has a very well-known sister site, as in Foxy Bingo. With links to such a big brand name we were hoping for big things. Sadly, we were a little disappointed and are now pretty certain that Grace’s Bingo is going to stay a little sister in the shadow of its other family member.

Grace’s Bingo and the regulations

Grace’s Bingo is marketed by Cashcade Limited, a well-known name in the world of online gaming. Cashcade Limited is a company registered in the UK, and also the name behind the well-known bingo brand, Foxy Bingo. However, in relation to regulation, the Grace’s Bingo website is operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar), which is authorised to offer online gaming services and operated in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. Services for customers in Great Britain are operated by 888 UK Limited, which is licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Games and services are powered by Dragonfish software.

Grace’s Bingo is only running a few special promotions at present

not verifed bingo site

There are countless bingo brands with a list of promotions as long as your arm. But Grace’s Bingo does things a little more low key. There is, however, a very attractive offer for those who are newcomers to the site. Join Grace’s Bingo and your first deposit will be matched with a 200% bonus, up to a maximum of £100. The minimum deposit you will have to make to qualify for this welcome bonus is £10. Wagering restrictions also apply to this bonus and are forty times the deposit plus the bonus. There is also a Refer a Friend program which will reward you when you share the Grace’s Bingo joy with your friends. Provide your friend’s email address so that an email can be sent along with an invitation. And when they sign up and spend at least £5 on bingo cards you’ll be given 5000 Bingo Points. Loyal players can also receive rewards for every card that is purchased and these rewards can be converted into cash so you can buy more bingo cards. Before we finish looking at the various promotions, we should also mention that players win thousands every week at Grace’s Bingo. Including guaranteed cash prize games that give away more than £100,000. Along with a £2,000 giveaway every Friday night at 9pm.

Play traditional online bingo games at Grace’s Bingo

gracesbingoSign up at Grace’s Bingo and you’ll only get a choice of two different types of bingo game. 90 ball and 75 ball bingo are the favourite games for many different players, but we prefer if there is a little more variety. There are, however, numerous bingo rooms that open at various times of the day, which does provide for a little bit of variety. There are also some chat games and tourneys taking place. But you will need to speak with the chat hosts to find out what these are. One of the regular tournaments is called Peek a Boo. and this runs twice a week between 9pm and 11pm in the Walking on Sunshine game room. Alongside the bingo you can also choose between a range of instant win games including slots, scratchcards, lotto and keno games. Some of which have jackpots of up to £25,000 to be won. If you want to play games while on the move you can do so with Grace’s Bingo. There is no need to worry about downloading a Grace’s Bingo mobile app. Simply log in as normal after you’ve typed www.gracesbingo.com into your mobile browser.

Banking options at Grace’s Bingo

gracesbingo promosVarious payment methods are supported at Grace’s Bingo including Visa and MasterCard, Paysafecard, PayPal, EntroPay and wire transfer. It is also possible to make deposits over the telephone using a debit or credit card. Various terms and conditions apply to making payments, and these are to be found in the Grace’s Bingo website. Although, at the time of writing our review there was certain information missing from the standard terms and conditions. These included the minimum deposit requirement before a first withdrawal can be made along with various other limits. We would, therefore, advise you to contact the customer support department and ask for clarification.

Customer support at Grace’s Bingo is available in the chat rooms 24/7

There is a section of the website that covers some of the most common problems and frequently asked questions, but you may still need further support. This can be obtained by calling the customer support telephone line, which is free from within the UK. However, it is only an option on weekdays, between 10am and 6pm. Otherwise you can speak with the Chat Moderators in the chat rooms. Who will be more than happy to help if they can. Not as many customer support contact options as we would like to see. And very disappointing that there was no instant chat option. Grace’s Bingo hasn’t really got a lot going for it. And unfortunately, it looks like it has become a long lost member of the Cashcade family. There were some areas of the website that were sadly lacking in information, which is never going to be considered a good thing. Especially if it is in relation to payments. We also found a number of other review sites that were no longer prepared to recommend Grace’s Bingo.
