Playtech is never short for attention when it comes to the release of new games. So, you can imagine the furore created when the world-renowned developer made the announcement that it was launching a Rubik’s® Cube online slot game in London on December 3. Basing itself on one of the world’s most iconic puzzle games, the Rubik’s® Cube release is now available for a limited time period as an exclusive game at Buzz Bingo.
Within the game, players can expect to experience exceptional 3D graphics, which tie in perfectly with the addition of a compelling sticky wilds feature. A built-in modifier also allows you to unlock your own choice of six different free spins modes. This includes the opportunity to select a specific feature volatility level, too.
A specially designed mini-game is being provided by Buzz Bingo in support of the new release. This builds on the puzzle theme of the game and supports the exclusivity period that it has.
Speaking of the launch, the Digital Operations Director for Buzz Bingo, David Evans said that millions of people around the world have grown up with the Rubik’s® Cube. Therefore, for the exclusive launch at the platform, “we really wanted to capture the spirit of what must be the most famous puzzle on the planet. The specially designed mini-game at the bingo site provides a flavour of both the classic game and the new slot release,” he said.
At the same time, the Global CEO of Rubik’s®, Christoph Bettin said that they had worked very closely with the Playtech brand in order to ensure that the game is brought to life within the slot release. He said that the company is “delighted with the results.” He finished off by speaking of the innovation that had drawn puzzle fans towards the Rubik’s® brand for more than 40 years, “so it’s fantastic to see that spirit come through in the Rubik’s® Cube slot.”
